Fertilization Report: 12

Of the 27 eggs retrieved, 25 were mature, and 12 fertilized normally.  That's similar to our first ER, when about half fertilized normally, too.  We went from 15 eggs to 8 fertilizing.  I wonder if this means there is an egg quality issue?

The nurse said with 12 embryos, chances are good for a five-day transfer, so we're just waiting to hear more.
